Alexandra Rueda is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Her experience stands out in advising and representing national and international companies in litigation matters related to judicial collections, civil liability, consumer protection, banking, and intellectual property before the courts of the Republic. Additionally, she has successfully participated in claims, appeals, and reconsiderations in administrative cases before government entities.

Alexandra has experience in recognized law firms in the country where she has managed commercial arbitration proceedings, both international and domestic. Her arbitration background is complemented by a prestigious internship at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington, D.C.

She is the author of academic publications such as “Antitrust, Patents, and the Pandemic” and “Mortgage Proceedings: Incident for Improper Notification.”
