PANAMA.– Delvalle Escalona Levy & Corró (DELCO) announced the addition of Patricia Henderson as Legal Director of the Immigration Law Department, with the aim of consolidating and expanding its practice in corporate and investment immigration advice in Panama.
Patricia has a solid track record advising multinational companies, corporate groups and local companies on the immigration management of foreign talent, as well as executives, investors and their families on residency processes, work permits and strategic immigration planning.
Her experience includes processing residency permits, short-stay visas, naturalization certificates, and managing all aspects of processes before Panamanian immigration authorities. She also has significant experience in investor residency programs, particularly the Qualified Investor Program, supporting relocation processes through asset structures such as corporations and private interest foundations.
Prior to joining DELCO, she was part of the Immigration Law team at a renowned firm in Panama, handling highly complex immigration matters for corporate and private clients.
