Patricia Henderson

Patricia Henderson joined Delvalle, Escalona, Levy & Corró (DELCO) in 2026 as Legal Director of the Immigration Law Department, where she leads and strengthens the firm’s immigration practice. She brings a solid track record advising multinational corporations, corporate groups, and local companies on the management of their foreign talent.

She has extensive experience handling residence permits, short-stay visas, citizenship process, work permits, and the full range of procedures before the Panamanian immigration authorities. Patricia provides practical, efficient, and strategic solutions for employers, executives, investors, and their families. She also has significant expertise in investor residency programmes, especially the Qualified Investor Visa, guiding private clients through relocation and immigration planning processes in Panama, through estate planning structures, including corporations, private interest foundations, and other legal vehicles, providing coordinated advice within that framework.

Prior to joining DELCO, Patricia was part of the Immigration Law team at a prestigious Panamanian law firm, where she managed complex immigration matters for both corporate and private clients. She previously served as legal counsel in the private sector.
