Terms and Conditions for Online Invoice Payment of Delvalle, Escalona, Levy Corró ("DELCO")

The Client (“Client”) agrees to use the online invoice payment service of Delvalle, Escalona, Levy Corró (“DELCO”) under the following terms and conditions:

Bank Charges:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the credit card payment service carries an additional fee of
three percent (3%), calculated on the total amount to be paid, if said amount exceeds $3,000.00, for
which the Client will be responsible.

Chargebacks:
The Client will assume any costs generated by chargebacks or reversed transactions when the cause is attributable to the Client.

Acceptance of Charges:
By making a payment through this platform, the Client tacitly acknowledges and accepts that they have read carefully and agree with the terms outlined in the proformas and/or invoices received from DELCO for expenses and legal fees for services rendered.

Accuracy of Information:
The Client declares that the information provided in the payment form supplied by DELCO is accurate, complete, and truthful. The Client will be solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided is free of errors. The Client acknowledges and accepts that providing false information to the detriment of DELCO or any third party constitutes a crime punishable under the civil and/or criminal laws of the Republic of Panama.

Receipt of Payment Confirmation:
Once the payment is made, DELCO will send a confirmation within no more than twenty-four (24) hours to the email address provided by the Client in the payment form, informing them whether the transaction was successful or if there was an error in processing.

Security:
DELCO declares that the computer system used for invoice payments does not allow the storage of credit card information, nor does it provide access to credit card information, in accordance with the policies of the bank service provider. The Client is solely responsible for keeping their personal information, security codes, and any other sensitive data secure, to safeguard the integrity of their information.

Charge Reversal:
If the Client requires a charge to be reversed, they accept a fee of US$25.00 for bank charges associated with the operation. The Client must notify DELCO in writing at [email protected] within no more than twenty-four (24) hours from the time the transaction is approved by the Client’s credit card issuing bank.

Applicable Law:
These terms and conditions, as well as the relationship between the Client and DELCO arising from this service, will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Modifications:
DELCO reserves the exclusive right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
